They form the bedrock of our business and are key to our ongoing growth and success.
Lucy is our Managing Director, heads up the Consumer team and also manages our graduate training scheme. If anyone can spin this many plates it’s Lucy! She joined us in 2016 with 15 year’s experience both as a finance recruiter and senior manager and still gets involved with recruitment on a on day-to-day basis.
Georgina has been recruiting finance for marketing services for so long she works with CFOs that she first met as newly qualified accountants! As well as supporting the wider business in her communications role she also manages our major marketing services client accounts and oversees the team.
Alex started his career in accountancy before making the move into finance recruitment 10 years ago, and we’re so pleased he did! He has a genuine passion for helping innovative, high growth startups build finance teams from their first finance hire.
David joined in the early days of TalentEdge and has become our resident expert on hiring senior finance for the Entertainment sector. He has over 15 year’s experience working with some of the world’s most renowned TV, film, music and publishing companies.
Alex joined TalentEdge over 10 years ago to help us establish a dedicated team for qualified interim & contract finance and luckily for us he never left. He works across all our core sectors, helping our clients find qualified accountants for both short and long terms assignments at short notice.
Sophie joined TalentEdge in the dark days of Covid but not only brought with her years of recruitment experience but also a huge amount of enthusiasm for growing our consumer team. She works with many globally recognised brands across retail, luxury, FMCG and leisure.
Lehann together with Robin Budhathoki heads up recruitment for Part Qualified and Transactional finance which is one of our busiest teams at TalentEdge. She has over 15 years of experience and has helped hundreds of candidates build a career in finance with her no-nonsense, practical approach and 100% northern charm!
Robin is one of our most recent senior hires and in partnership with Lehann King manages the Part Qualified & Transactional team. He has been recruiting finance into commerce for 18 years and is known for his calm and completely unflappable approach while being able to manage a high volume of hires at speed.
Freddie has 10 years recruitment experience and joined TalentEdge to help build our Tech team. He’s as enthusiastic about helping high growth startups in E-commerce, HealthTech and EdTech find the finance hires they need to scale, as he is about football (well nearly!).
