Outstanding opportunity for experienced Commercial Manager to join the Global function of one of the world's leading Advertising networks.

Key responsibilities:
• Creating and developing bespoke commercial solutions for clients and the business
• Acting as the primary commercial contact point for a specified cluster of clients, markets and internal stakeholders
• Leading and developing existing client fee and contract negotiations, including out of scope negotiations
• Constructing and negotiating commercial proposals for new business pitches
• Client rate card creation
• Managing commercial disputes
• Supporting the CFO with client audit management, ie NDA's, scope agreement, pre-audit,
• Work with the trading team to ensure trading linked incentive mechanics are achieved
• Ensuring compliance and best practice in the set-up of new business
• Developing and driving organisational change where and as required by the business

About you:
• Ideally ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with strong commercial experience in a Media agency or Advertising agency
• Strategic, with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Team player
• Ability to present to all levels of the company and external stakeholders
• Experience in a Global or multi-market team is highly desirable
