We don’t believe in scripted calls or pointless KPIs. We trust you to manage your own relationships and give you the autonomy to develop your own business strategy. You will be encouraged to find new ways to connect with clients and candidates through online and offline marketing channels in order to grow deep, long term and consultative relationships. We will provide you with all the tools and support you need to realise your business development objectives and grow your client base.

Many of our most successful consultants were trained in the business and all of our managers were promoted from within. Our leadership team actively encourage and support consultants to be entrepreneurial. You can progress your career at Talentedge in a variety of ways including leading and developing client accounts, opening up new areas within the business or setting up stand-alone brands within our wider network of agencies.

We recognise and reward our consultants’ hard work as individuals and teams through a highly competitive commission package. All our consultants get access to discounts on everything from gym memberships to holidays; we have a ride to work scheme and secure bike storage; onsite shower facilities and early finish and free drinks on Fridays. Our Offices
Our London office was specifically designed for us and is a very spacious, relaxed working environment with lots of natural light. It’s been created to be used as both a work and social space and includes a kitchen and break out area for events and parties as well as private meeting rooms. Its in an excellent location, 5 minutes walk from Farringdon, Barbican and City Thames Link stations, and less than 10 mins walk from Chancery Lane and St Pauls. We have loads of fantastic cafes, bars and restaurants on our doorstep as well as One New Change shopping centre nearby.
